Summer Diversions
We got to spend a few days this summer with some of our best buddies. Check out Jackson and Michael disassembling this VCR we got at the DI. Seriously, it was worth the five dollars to see Jackson so involved in something!
While Jackson and Michael took apart the VCR, Annie and Joseph took apart a huge speaker so that Joseph could play with the magnet inside. Good Times!
On another day we went to the Hill Aerospace Museum in North SLC. Annie is playing in the shadow of an enormous airplane.
The kids took turns getting strapped into a pilot seat. This was about the only thing they could touch in the whole museum.
Annie was determined to strike a pose with this mannequin modeling the style of the times. She thought it was a princess! Girls are too cute.
Annie, Joseph, Jackson and Michael had a great time at the museum. After we got home, they played on the slip and slide!!
Another activity that we did was building and launching paper rockets. At one time we had 8 kids at the table making rockets.
